Air-Con Recharge
Nearly 80% of new cars sold today are fitted with an air conditioning system as a standard feature. Just like your car's engine your vehicle's air conditioning system should be regularly serviced and maintained to keep its quality and efficiency.
At BMV Automotive Services we recommended that you should recharge your Cars Air Conditioning system with gas and lubricant every two years to keep it running efficiently. If your system experiences a drop in gas pressure it will result in a loss of your systems cooling efficiency. Because of this, your vehicle's engine will need to work harder and use up more fuel.
At BMV Automotive Services, our trained technicians will check and refill the Air Conditioning lubricant and refrigerant levels according to your vehicle manufacturer's recommendation and will remove any bacteria and build up on your air conditioning systems filters.
To prevent damage to the air conditioning systems condenser and compression, we recommend that you run your air conditioning system for a few minutes a few times a week, even in the winter.
